Since each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or size changes after production begins. That said, we stand behind our work:
- Print defect or wrong item: full refund or free reprint, your choice
- Delivery that did not meet the confirmed date/time: full refund of delivery-related charges, plus correction of the design
- Order that has not yet entered production: cancel and receive a full refund within 2 hours of your order
