This website is operated by SublimeTrip. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SublimeTrip. By visiting our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein. Please read them carefully before using the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have the permission of a parent/legal guardian to place an order. You may not use this site for any illegal purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and trademark laws, when using our Service.

The data you submit may be transmitted over unencrypted networks (except for payment information, which is always encrypted). You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of our Service — including our design templates, art library, or website content — without our express written permission.

Product descriptions, images, and prices on this site are provided for general reference. Since our products are custom-made to order, final colors and designs may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor display and the nature of sublimation printing. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any such modification, price change, or discontinuance.

5. Custom Products and Design Content

This section reflects the nature of our business and is central to these Terms:

• Your submitted content. By using our design tool to enter names, dates, phrases, or upload photos, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You grant SublimeTrip a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.
• Our design resources. The backgrounds, characters, clip art, fonts, and template art available through our design tool are owned by SublimeTrip or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you the right to receive the finished physical item — it does not grant you rights to the underlying design files, which cannot be extracted, reused, or redistributed separately.
• Prohibited content. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order containing content that is illegal, infringes on a third party's intellectual property or trademark rights, or is offensive, obscene, or harmful, at our sole discretion — even after payment has been submitted.
• Production quality standard. Given that sublimation printing and hand finishing involve natural material variation, minor differences in color saturation or positioning between the on-screen preview and the finished product are expected and not considered defects.

Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details on coverage area, cutoff times, and delivery windows. Delivery estimates are based on normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed against circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, access restrictions to the hotel or property, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Order Accuracy and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for purposes other than personal use. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (including delivery address, hotel/property name, and contact details) for each order, and you are responsible for promptly correcting any errors before your order enters production.

8. Optional Third-Party Tools

Our site may use third-party tools for functions such as payment processing, design customization, or analytics. We do not control these tools and provide access to them "as is," without warranty. Your use of any third-party tool is at your own risk, and you should review that provider's own terms before relying on it.

This site may reference or link to third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party sites, and we are not liable for any harm arising from your interaction with them. References on this site to travel destinations, hotels, events, or general vacation themes are purely descriptive and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by any third party, including any theme park operator or hospitality brand. SublimeTrip is an independent business.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other submissions (outside of your custom design content, which is governed by Section 5), you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you. You agree not to submit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing on the rights of a third party.

Occasionally, listings may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to pricing, descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these at any time, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel affected orders with a full refund if necessary.
